Rainbow Getaways Travel Network is built for future leaders in travel. Whether you’re changing careers or just getting started, the right education gives you the confidence, clarity, and credibility to grow something real.

That’s why all new advisors are required to complete foundational training. We include The Travel Institute’s TRIPKIT program in your first-year dues — because we don’t believe in shortcuts, and you shouldn’t have to figure it out alone.

Already completed the TRIPKIT or another approved program, like Careers On Vacation? Great. You’ll skip the basics and move straight into a modified track with six months of dedicated mentorship to help you put your knowledge into practice and build with purpose.

New to the industry? You’ll complete TRIPKIT through Rainbow Getaways and receive a full year of mentorship, check-ins, and business-building guidance.
Already completed a training program? If you’ve completed TRIPKIT, Careers on Vacation, or another approved training, you’ll follow an accelerated 6-month mentorship program focused on business development and long-term strategy.

Apply: Use the Apply Now button at the top of the page to submit your application.
Interview With Our Founder: No scripts, no pressure — just a real conversation about your goals, experience, and whether we’re the right match to help you grow.
Get Approved & Commit: If you’re invited to move forward, you’ll sign your contract, pay your technology fee, and officially join the RBGTN community.
Complete Required Training: If you haven’t already completed TRIPKIT or another approved program, you’ll complete it through us as part of your first-year dues. Already certified? You’ll follow a modified path with accelerated support.
Start Mentorship: You’ll begin your mentorship track — either 6 or 12 months — with check-ins, business coaching, and strategy support to help you launch strong.
Launch Your Business: You’re ready! With systems in place, a mentor in your corner, and a supportive network backing your success, it’s time to build something that lasts.
Join a Future Cohort (Coming Soon): As RBGTN grows, we’ll begin welcoming new advisors in two annual cohorts — March and August — designed to spark connection, accountability, and momentum. Until then, we continue to welcome qualified advisors on a rolling basis.
