I'm Scott Wismont, founder of Rainbow Getaways Travel Network, and someone who's spent over a decade turning a passion for travel into a thriving, seven-figure business rooted in authenticity, clarity, and purpose.
I launched Rainbow Getaways in 2020 to help travelers feel confident and celebrated wherever they explore. But as my own business grew, I realized the host agency world wasn't built for advisors like me: advisors who wanted to build powerful brands, not just sell under someone else's name.
So I built what I couldn't find: a host network that empowers independent advisors to grow profitable, purpose-driven businesses with full ownership of their success.
That vision has earned recognition across the industry. Rainbow Getaways was named the 2026 Ensemble Member of the Year for Innovation, USA, and the 2026 LuxLife Inclusive Travel Innovator of the Year.
