I’m Scott Wismont, founder of Rainbow Getaways Travel Network — and someone who’s spent over a decade turning a passion for travel into a thriving, six-figure business rooted in authenticity, clarity, and purpose.
I launched Rainbow Getaways in 2020 to help travelers feel confident and celebrated wherever they explore. But as my own business grew, I realized the host agency world wasn’t built for advisors like me — advisors who wanted to build powerful brands, not just sell under someone else’s name.
So I built what I couldn’t find: a host network that empowers independent advisors to grow profitable, purpose-driven businesses with full ownership of their success.
