Scott has been in the travel industry since 2015 and used the pandemic slowdown to start building Rainbow Getaways. As an LGBTQ and Luxury Travel Specialist, Scott helps members of the community enjoy and explore their destinations.
Erin Baker, CTA
Operations Manager of Rainbow Getaways LLC
Erin has been in the travel industry since 1999, when she interned at her Mother's Travel Agency. As the Operations Manager, Erin works with Scott to ensure smooth day-to-day agency operations for all our advisors.
Jillian Conway, CTA
Partnership Manager of Rainbow Getaways LLC
A former teacher, Jillian has been in the travel industry since 2019 after deciding to have a career that provided a better work/life balance. As our Partnership Manager, Jillian works with our travel partners around the globe to ensure that all our travelers' expectations are met while on vacation.
